R&D Background

Since year 1983, our technical team has made below achievements:

※We independently designed and developed GG Series All-Metal Wire Cable Vibration Isolator;

※We took the leadership in making several military standard for electronic and marine industry, i.e., The General Specifications For All-Metal Wire Cable Vibration Isolator (SJ20593-96) and Specification For Wire-Cable Vibration Isolator Of Ships (GJB6412-2008);

※Technology For XXX Rudder Control Room, The Performance of CW Series Marine Shaft Fluid Sealing Device, The Dynamic Feature of the vibration isolation device for waterjet  For XXX Ship Shaft, XXX Anti-Shock Shelter Construction, Marine Shaft Accessories, etc.

All these achievements have built a solid technical foundation for our R&D work, based on which the quality of our product is also secured.

GG Series All-Metal Wire Cable Vibration Isolator, as an excellent vibration isolation device for military industry, has been marked as classic product by our customer. This product makes it possible for many equipments and instruments to run smoothly in any adverse environment.

We have independently completed an equipment reforming project for a nuclear power station, which involves proof of concept, system structure dynamics analysis, design, manufacturing, installation and performance tuning. The theoretical calculation and actual engineering result are consistent, and the outcome is even better than national standard, which ensures the safety of the equipment. Now our company has been granted by nuclear power industry as the only certified vendor that is allowed to provide vibration isolation solution and installation.
