GT Serial Vibration/Shock Isolating Device
1. Product Features
GT Serial vibration/shock isolating device are low-frequency vibration isolation systems that consist of a low- frequency vibration isolation structure with non-linear softened stiffness, a.k.a. compound damper. They can counteract the impact on machine and electronic device introduced by medium/low-frequency vibration and structural noise. Vibration attenuation rate can be as high as -30dB, and shock isolation rate can be 95% and above.
3-dimensional anti-shock restriction structure prevents damage to the device caused by external heavy shock, thus system stability is increased.
The product is made of high-strength, anti-corrosion materials, so that it comes with strong environmental adaptability.
They can be used for vibration/shock isolation and structural noise reduction in all types of large/medium equipments and common platform system.

4. Model Selection & Installation Guide

1. Model of the product is chosen according to weight and type of the device.
2. In order to improve isolation effect when active vibration isolation is involved, natural disturbance frequency of the device itself should be clearly differentiated from peak response frequency of the vibration isolation system.
3. Vibration isolators should be evenly mounted under the base of the device in order to make sure that stiffness center of the supporting system matches mass center of the device, which helps to eliminate coupling of vibration.
4. Restriction structure should be adjusted carefully in three dimensions during installation so that space buffer in all dimensions can be evenly allocated.
